NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners, at their January 12, 2016, public meeting, in accordance with Florida Statutes 177.101, 336.09, and 336.10, adopted Resolution No. 2016-004, vacating, abandoning, discontinuing and closing the County's interest in a 1,325 square foot portion of an unnamed alley within the plat of Warm Mineral Springs, Unit 78 Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 7, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Resolution No. 2016-004 was effectuated on January 12, 2016, as all conditions in the Resolution were met on that date.
