NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001543 WS (J3), of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and KELLI LANGFORD; SALLY HORN; FORD ROBERT HORN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLI LANGFORD; UNKNOWN SHOUSE OF ROBERT HORN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALLY HORN; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of February, 2016, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
