NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005688WS in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and, KELLIE CURNOW A/K/A KELLIE J. CURNOW, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 2nd day of March, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 136, FOREST HILLS, UNIT NO. 2. ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
