NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. H, Building No. 3, TAHITIAN GARDENS CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 326, Page 509 and as amended, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 106 through 110 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4315 Tahitian Gardens Circle, #H, Holiday, Florida 34691.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 29, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
