NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001534-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY M. YATES; CARON S. YATES; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A THOMAS YATES, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, GOLDEN ACRES UNIT ONE; THENCE RUN SOUTH 72º 53' 41” EAST, 125.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF JASMINE BOULEVARD TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 0º 58' 23” EAST, 381.67 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 72º 53' 41” EAST, 128.15 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 0º 58' 23” WEST 381.67 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF JASMINE BOULEVARD; THENCE RUN ALONG SAID NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY NORTH 72º 53' 41” WEST, 128.15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
