NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 512013CA0255WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Colony Lakes Homeowners Association of Pasco County, Inc. also known as Colony Lakes Homeowners' Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 also known as Ann Buigos, Tenant # 2 also known as Nancy Philhower, Vaughan Dabbs, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 17th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
