NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-006630 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and David W. Steen are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 4, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT UNIT 4208 IN BUILDING 1, OF CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE FAIRWAY TOWNHOUSES CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2598, PAGE 736, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF AFORESAID, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
