NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-015430 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MANA Series 2007-AF1, Plaintiff and Eric McAfee and Kelly LaJoie are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
