NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-015273-CA-J, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DAVID GEORGE COBB AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BRIAN COBB A/K/A BRIAN WILLIAM COBB, DECEASED; DAVID GEORGE COBB; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 9 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 37.5 FEET OF LOT 7 AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 24, REVISED PLAT OF MARYLAND MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
