ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC2, Plaintiff, and, ROBERT G. KIPP, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 2nd day of March, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, NORTHWOOD VILLAGE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
