NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-004284 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and, DAVID FRATICELLI, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 1st day of March, 2016, the following described property:
THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS:
LOT 11, BLOCK 27, CLAIR MEL CITY UNIT #8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
