NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 23, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-011209 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and FRANCISCO W FLORES, OLGA FLORES, JASMIN ALICEA, MICHELLE M. SILVA RODRIGUEZ, RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. , CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of FEBRUARY, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10 Block 23 of Rivercrest Phase 2 Parcel N, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 238 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
