NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 23, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-000585 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein LIVE WELL FINANCIAL, INC. is Plaintiff and IRVING LESLIE WARD, TIFFANY MICHELLE WARD-HILL, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MAE ELLA BRYANT, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELLA MAE ELLA BRYANT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRVING LESLIE WARD, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIFFANY MICHELLE WARD-HILL, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the Estate of Mae Ella Bryant, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of February, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3, BENJAMIN`S 5TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
