NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-023750 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and RONALD NELSON BARTON A/K/A RONALD N. BARTON JR., ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, LESLIE J. BARTON, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT I, UNKNOWN TENANT II, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD NELSON BARTON A/K/A RONALD N. BARTON JR., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of February, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 145.00 FEET OF EAST 320.0 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 8 TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY. FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 941.0 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH THE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS ON BARTON DRIVE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
