NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015374, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL COMMUNITY CAPITAL FUND TAMPA #1, LLC is Plaintiff and VLADO PRILJEVA; ANA PRILJEVA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 4, FIRST ADDITION TO MARJORY B HAMMER'S RENMAH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
