NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-011108, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB1 is the Plaintiff and DAVID WILSON III; CACH, LLC; CLERK OF THE COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; HUNTER'S GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR PINNACLE FINANCIAL CORPORATION D/B/A TRI STAR LENDING GROUP; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID WILSON III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARI WILSON; JENNIFER L WILSON; RASHEEDA N DEBOSE; SHARI WILSON ANDUNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 5th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 901, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12788, PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
