NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015950 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSR Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-OA1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA1, is the Plaintiff and Harold D Bodner; Vickie Bodner are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 9 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
