NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor of Plaintiff, WEST BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 14th day of January, 2016, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 04, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 1, West Bay Phase I, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 16, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 8801 Southbay Drive, Tampa, Florida 33615 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
