NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 6, Block 1, COUNTRY HILLS UNIT ONE “A”, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 1, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 4611 Country Hills Court N., Plant City, Florida 33566.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 4, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
