NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-011353 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and Arlene P Ray; The Unknown Spouse Arlene P. Ray; The Glens of Countryway Homeowners Association, Inc.; Countryway Homeowners Association, Inc; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 9th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1, OF PARCEL B IN COUNTRYWAY PARCEL B TRACT 1 PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 46, AS RECORDED IN - THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 15 BLOCK 1 OF SAID COUNTRYWAY PARCEL B TRACT 1 PHASE 2; THENCE NORTH 20 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST, FOR 20.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 70 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST FOR 40.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 20 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, FOR 20.00 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 15; THENCE NORTH 70 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST FOR 40.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
