NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2016 entered in Case No. 13-CA-008927 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of April 1, 2007 SG Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-NC1 Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-NC1 is the Plaintiff and Ljiljana Stojkovic; Zlatomir Stojkovic; Unknown Tenant Occupant; Et Al are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH, COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT: LOT 3, BLOCK 3, OF THOUSAND OAKS EXECUTIVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
