NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2016 entered in Case No. 14-CA-012062 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION PLANTERS BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and David Thompson a/k/a David Wendel Thompson; The Unknown Spouse of David Thompson a/k/a David Wendel Thompson; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 5, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT ADDITION OF MAGNOLIA MOBILE MANOR, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 5 OF MAGNOLIA MOBILE MANOR, UNIT ONE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN WEST 240 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 69 FEET; THENCE NORTH 75 FEET; THENCE 39.27 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT; RADIUS 25 FEET CHORD, NORTH 45 DEGREES EAST 35.36 FEET; THENCE EAST 44 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
