THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 2805B, BUILDING 14, SOMERSET PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15971, AT PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 101 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 2835 SOMERSET PARK DR #203, TAMPA, FL 33613; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on February 29, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
