NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2016 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-012663 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and CLIFFORD ROBERTS, ASHLEY A. HODGES and COVINA AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., CLIFFORD ROBERTS, ASHLEY A.
