NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013, and entered in 13-CA-005791 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ROMEO DELGADO BANADERA; ROMIE C. BANADERA; FLORENCIA C. BANADERA; BLOOMINGDALE HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A BEN FLORIENDO; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
