NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-000523 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE4 is the Plaintiff and ANAMARIA FERNANDEZ A/K/A ANAMARIA AMES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANAMARIA FERNANDEZ A/K/A ANAMARIA AMES; ARMANDO FERNANDEZ, III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARMANDO FERNANDEZ, III; ERIC ANTHONY AMES A/K/A ERIC AMES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 09, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
