NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-10004 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J. YPARRAGUIRRE A/K/A ROBERT JOHN YPARRAGUIRRE ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT J. YPARRAGUIRRE A/K/A ROBERT JOHN YPARRAGUIRRE ; THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION AT TAMPA, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 09, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
