NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-001171 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and WYCLIFFE INSTON MITCHELL A/K/A WYCLIFFE I. MITCHELL; HELEN D MITCHELL; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 IN BLOCK 64 OF CLAIR-MEL CITY SECTION A, UNIT 3, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45 ON PAGE 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
