Hirsch aka Julie Hirsch, Lakewood Ridge Townhomes Association, Inc., Lawrence C. Clipper aka Lawrence Clipper, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Unknown Party #1 nka Ruben Joseph, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
