NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-004847 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-WMC2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC2, is the Plaintiff and Dolly M. Cavani a/k/a Dolly Cavani, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for WMC Mortgage Corp, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
