NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007454 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2006-A9CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-I, is Plaintiff and LORRAINE J. ANDREWS, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 3, Fishhawk Ranch Phase 2, Parcel I, Unit 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 88, at Page 64, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 5705 Tanagergrove Way, Lithia, FL 33547
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
