NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2014, and entered in 13-CA-000567 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MOTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and LESLIE H. COLEGROVE; JAQUES F. COLEGROVE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MICHELLE COLEGROVE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRYAN COLEGROVE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET; THENCE S. 06 DEGREES 16 MINUTES 42 SECONDS E. A DISTANCE OF 87.98 FEET; THENCE N. 63 DEGREES 37 MINUTES 16 SECONDS E. A DISTANCE OF 10.85 FEET; THENCE S. 20 DEGREES 20 MINUTES 34 SECONDS E. A DISTANCE OF 255.45 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
