NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 08, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-003494 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH A. MARTILLO; LORRAINE CAMPANARO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORRAINE CAMPANARO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH A. MARTILLO; PALM RIVER TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
