NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-005631, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR4 is Plaintiff and BRIAN D. LESANDRO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN D. LESANDRO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 23 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 8 AND THE EAST 45 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 55, MARYLAND MANOR 2ND UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
