NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Vacate Ex-Parte Order and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated January 11, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-007204-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-HY6, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY6, is Plaintiff and GARCIA, ANGELA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 10, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
