NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 16, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-013168-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and DAISY I. CINTRON, VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 NKA JULIA OJEDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 NKA GERMAINE ALBADO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAISY I. CINTRON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of February, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 26, VISTA LAKES VILLAGE N-1 (PEMBROOKE), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 90 THROUGH 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
