NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2015, entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-008187-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR2 is the Plaintiff and ARROYO, RICARDO; RODRIGUEZ, BERNICE; LUNA, ASUNCION V.; LUNA, ALFREDO R.; PUMERO, IGNACIO; Judith Fumero A/K/A Judy Fumero A/K/A Judith Perez; Alfredo R. Luna; Asuncion Luna A/K/A Asuncion V. Luna; Tenant #1 N/K/A Bernice Rodriguez; Tenant #2 N/K/A Ricardo Arroyo; Deceased Borrower - Used For Scra Purposes Only; The Unknown Spouse Of Judith Fumero A/K/A Judy Fumero A/K/A Judith Perez; Tenant #3; #4 Tenant are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
