NOTICE IS given that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 19, 2016, in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida in which SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff and VICTOR RAUL RESTREPO CANO and MARTHA JANETH HOLGUIN ZAPATA, Husband and Wife, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Public Auction website of Charlotte County, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes on February 22, 2016, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 27, Block 2393, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 38, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 42A through 42H, inclusive, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
