YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Charlotte County, Florida, more particularly described as
Unit 17, Phase II, LIVE OAK LANDINGS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1561, Pages 1785 to 1865, inclusive and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Page 76, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Said property having a street address of 2255 N. Beach Road, Unit 17, Englewood, FL 34223.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon the Plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Wells | Olah, P.A., 1800 Second Street, Suite 808, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before or after service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
