a Florida corporation, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure entered on November 11, 2014, in Civil Action 2014-CA-002040 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY is the Plaintiff, and TERRI A. WEGERT, FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, ET AL, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 12 day of February, 2016, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 22 and the West 1/2 of Lot 23, Block M, LaPUNTA PARK, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 4 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Which currently has the address of 368 San Carlos Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33950
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
