YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to the following real property located in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block H, 1st Addition to Peace River Subdivision, (Not Recorded), more particularly described as follows:
Take for a point of reference the SW Corner of Peace River Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 7, Official Records of Charlotte County, Florida; go thence North 00°19' East along the West line of said Peace River Subdivision 507.05 feet to a point; go thence South 88°50'40” East along the Southernly line of Zola Drive 240.95 feet to a point on a 35-foot radius curve; go thence Southeasterly along the said curve through an arc of 12.30 feet and a central angle of 20°08' to a Point of Beginning; continue along the arc of said curve, concave to the North, through an arc of 31.32 feet and a central angle of 51°16' to a point; go thence South 16°06' East, radially, 106.51 feet to a point on the shore of the canal; go thence Westerly along the shore of the canal 60 feet, more or less to a point; go thence North 0°09' East 106.15 feet to the Point of Beginning, all lying and being in Section 12, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, in Charlotte County, Florida.

Horlacher, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1626 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before thirty (30) days after the first date of publication, of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
