NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 25, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-001320 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Carmen Pacinelli also known as Carmen P. Pacinelli, Linda Pacinelli, Rotonda West Association, Inc., are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 502, ROTONDA WEST, LONG MEADOW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, ASRECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 19A THRU 19K OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
