TO: STEVEN WALSH and YAR INVESTMENTS, INC., if alive, or if dead, their unknown spouses, widows, widowers, heirs, devisees, creditors, grantees, and all parties having or claiming by, through, under, or against them, and any and all persons claiming any right, title, interest, claim, lien, estate or demand against the Defendants in regards to the following-described property in Charlotte County, Florida:
The North One-Half (N 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 31, Township 42 South, Range 25 East, Charlotte County, Florida, subject to an easement for public utility and roadway purposes over and across the Easterly 30 feet thereof.

Notice is hereby given to each of you that an action to quiet title to the above-described property has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses on Plaintiff's attorney, Sandra A. Sutliff, 3440 Conway Blvd., Suite 1-C, Port Charlotte, FL 33952, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Charlotte County, 350 E. Marion Ave., Punta Gorda, FL 33950 on or before March 2, 2016, or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Charlotte County, Florida.
