NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41 2014 CA 001059 AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and ROBIN L. MILLER and DAVID MILLER are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 4, 2016, at 11:00A.M., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in MANATEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, WESTLAKE SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 175 and 176, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
