NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee County, Florida, on February 19, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., electronically online at the following website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 14 BLOCK 5, VILLAGE GREEN OF BRADENTON, UNIT F, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 40 AND 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
