Marin, Juan Marin, Jr., MidFlorida Credit Union f/k/a MidFlorida Federal Credit Union, United States of America, Secretary of Urban and Housing Development, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 22nd of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
