NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001336 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which OneWest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and Katheryn Dixon, as an Heir of the Estate of Jane Bryden aka Jane S Bryden aka Jane Susan Bryden, deceased, Kenneth Richardson, as an Heir of the Estate of Jane Bryden aka Jane S Bryden aka Jane Susan Bryden, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jane Bryden aka Jane S Bryden aka Jane Susan Bryden, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 22nd of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, TIMBER WOOD UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
