NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2016, and entered in
THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA7, is the Plaintiff and Scott L. Sorenson is Defendant. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. 18 day of February, 2016, in the lobby on the Third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
