AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LMT 2006-9 TRUST is the Plaintiff and KEVIN E. ROGALSKI; SHANNON ROGALSKI; WILDWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC C/O JAMES W. ALLEN, R.A. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
