NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate Foreclosure Sale entered on January 19, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-051470 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and REESE, CHANDRA C, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on February 17, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 2, UNTI 1, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
